The hybrid work model disperses that assumption: employees access systems from different networks, devices, and locations, so resilience now depends as much on identity, access rights, and tool availability as on the building itself.
A practical approach includes an inventory of location-independent critical functions, clear rules for temporary access loss, and regular testing of scenarios where part of the team lacks a standard work environment.
