Securing a business system requires separated access, backups, logs, and a tested recovery plan.

Practical implementation includes least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, separated secrets, change logging, and a tested rollback. Every system must have a process owner, a backup, and a review deadline.
The greatest risk arises when there's a single administrator account, an unverified backup, or a hidden dependency on one individual. Automation and AI can prepare data and alerts, but must not independently make sensitive security decisions.
